Bottle at Craig’s. Pours golden amber, light piney bitterness, some toffee. whoisghost (193) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUL 5, 2014
Beautiful floral scent - perfectly weighted, definitely the strength of the beer. Appearance is nothing to write home about, not quite a 2 but under carbonated and a reasonable but not exciting caramel colour. Lack of carbonation makes for very easy palate, silky but not overly saliva inducing. Very easy to drink, perhaps not hippy enough to deserve name but definitely present. Smoky vanilla initial taste with a definite hay after - very sessionable. mydogjet (39) - - JUN 28, 2014
Pouring a medium pale colour with a fluffy off white head. Peach and passion fruit aroma, quite sweet and fruity on the tongue. A lotta late addition and dry hopping going on here. Great beer. Love it DesertDevil (699) - Arizona, USA - JUN 10, 2014
330-mL bottle. A thick, dank pineapple hoppy nose with a sweet pine tone along with moderate caramel sweetness. Medium orange with color with a brief head. Sweeter taste than expected with a tropical fruit burst, a bit of pine resin, some hay, light oak, and a pleasant floral bitterness to finish. Solid IPA. From the bottle. Slightly hazy orange pour, small white head. Aroma is dank, citrus and pine. Taste has some age. Hops are subduded. Decent flavor.

330ml bottle. Poured a lively golden amber with a lasting, soapy-lace-leaving and frothy one-finger beige head. Aromas of mango, tangerine and apricot, which translate into its flavours coupled with a malty bread and biscuit weight in the mid-palate. Medium body with firm textures and a drying palate carbonation. Finishes with a linger of pithy bitter marmalade and grapefruit. Flavourful, balanced sessionable despite its modest strength. The first thing that hits is the intense smell of fresh buds I kid you not. Nice skanky bitterness on finish, not that much body but a lovely beer. Too expensive though, vale ipa better bang for buck so I will still go for that instead but not quite the intense hops of Feral but pretty close, just can’t justify the price of this one but glad I tried it. Bottle from Plonk. Hazy dark gold/amber, solid white head, lots of citrus and pine, sweet caramel, high bitterness, medium sweetness, long resiney bitter finish. Nice, but not as good as I remember a few years back. donniemillan (102) - AUSTRALIA - MAY 6, 2014
UPDATED: JAN 30, 2015 It pours a murky golden, cream thin head that lasts. Has a citrus aroma, malt sweetness. It’s surprisingly creamy in the mouth and not as bitter as I’d expected, very easy to drink.
Re-rating - It pours medium foamy head, lasting lacing, returns with agitation. It has a strong floral, fruity aroma. The taste is sweet, actually not much bitterness but strong hops, grassy flavour. I almost finished it before writing these notes, very easy to drink. crozdog (19) - Ascot Vale, AUSTRALIA - APR 13, 2014
My fav beer of all time. Lovely nose, palate and finish. A delight to drink, especially in the warmer climes.
