On Tap at The Cottesloe Beach Hotel A nice easy drinking golden ale, poured a nice golden colour with a slight cloudiness and a tightly packed head. Subtle citrus American hops on the nose with a light malty body. Its nice to drink a unpasteurised style of this beer. Definitely not going to know your head off if a IPA is your favourite beer but a good easy drinking Summer Ale

Bottle - pours light gold with a nice dense layer of bubbles. Lots of hops-resin, nettles, floral. Taste is nicely balanced not as sharp as the Roma first suggested, up front taste is peach with a long transition to a moderately dry finish. Mouthfeel is creamy. Great beer!

Pours a golden yellow with a small white head. Very light bodied with a strong ?signature Feral? Easily the best of the style that I have tasted. I usually find golden ales to be quite bland compared to their pale and IPA cousins. Hint of wheat and a dry finish. Perfect for summer

From a 330ml bottle on 12/1/2014. Pours a clear light golden with a thick white head and lots of bubbles. Has a very pleasant floral aroma with some passionfruit. The flavour features bready malt with lots more citrus, tropical and stone fruit (lemon, peach and more passionfruit). Finishes with some firm bittering hops. Has a medium body and very lively carbonation (could probably use just a touch less). This is a very nice, refreshing brew which would be just perfect for a summer session.

Definitely signature floral aroma. Golden straw pour with a dishsoapy head. Not very attractive. Spicy taste is a combo of carbo and the hops. Thin malt body doesnt provide much. Refreshing, not outstanding.

The beer pours a light misty golden colour with a small white head that hangs around for a while. It is a medium bodied ale with a lively carbonation. The aroma is very pleasant and quite robust for a golden/blonde ale with passionfruit and floral notes filling the nasal cavities. The taste starts with light bready malts for maybe half a second and then the hops come screaming through with tropical and stone fruit featuring. The flavours finish with a firm bitterness and a semi dry finish making this one hell of a refreshing drink.

maneliquor (3514) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - APR 2, 2014
Bottle from Mane Liqor. Pours clear straw with a fluffy and sticky white head. Nose is all about the zing and zest of citrus with some heavy stone fruits. A solid sweet yeast behind it all. Belgian inspired but hop forward stuff - think zesty lemon rind and peach. Very quaffable and quite balanced. A Summer’s day drink. Solid stuff

Unbalanced with the hops probably too dominant - fortunately I like that. This was a gift from a colleague, free beer is always good too!
