Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Tips for the can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft airy malts, trace of dry creamy sweetness. Bitter spicy orange, tangerine and a trace of lemon. Pithy dry soft bitter finish. Okay, soft bodies but the flavour is spiky.
Can from Dan Murphy’s. Pours a bright slightly hazy yellow-gold, nice low head retention. Divine tropical nose of pine, pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit, orange. It never lets up. Delicious big IPA flavour too, piney bitterness, tonnes of fruity hops. Carbonation felt up front before a pretty smooth body that ends almost in a syrupy bitter fruit ride. Medium-heavy for the style, almost goes boozy IIPA but pulls back and stays highly drinkable. Excellent really. CraftHowl (555) - Bridgwater, Somerset, ENGLAND - DEC 22, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 22, 2017 375ml can. Pours hazy straw gold with a white head. Aroma is floral, citrus, grapefruit, pine resin.
