4. Croatian homebrew championship, on tap, golden colour, thick white head, nice lacing, flowery aroma, bitterness is supported by great balance of maltiness. Aftertaste is almost like butter&honey in the morning. Me and my wife fell in love on first sip.

I found this to be a pretty unique czech beer. It is sweet, but supremely smooth and drinkable.

Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - JUN 2, 2010
draught at Ferdinanda Praha. Clear deep golden colour, creamy white head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, intensive malty background with nice herbal hoppy notes. The house character which I like in their 11° and 12° Bohemian Pilseners is also present.

allmyvinyl (10624) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - DEC 10, 2014
500ml bottle from Premium Czech Beers online. Pours clear honey gold, thin white head. Aromas are light mineral, chalk, caramel, light herbal hops. Taste has a light honey sweetness, crisp finish. Decent.

Smells of bread and a sweetness. Pours Dark Honey coloured with a moderate white head. Tastes light bitter, medium sweet. Medium body, slightly oily with moderate carbonation, leaves a tingle on the tip of the tongue. Overall a very enjoyable beer. Bottled from Premium Czech Beers.

Look; off white head, golden clear body. Aroma; bread, wort, sweet mash, caramel. Taste; wort, caramel, malts, fruit, apple peel, soft hops, tart - finishes tasty, bread and malts. Palate; good body n easy. Very solid overall, strong svetle but not difficult. I don’t think it tastes märzen. 50cl.btl f Gallerie Piva MalaStrana Praha.

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, golden colour with a big and steady, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet and biscuity, slightly bready malty aroma with hints of vanilla and a shy hoppy touch. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. (Cara-)malty taste with notes of biscuits and light herbal and woody hops, sweet malty and slightly hop-bitter finish. Quite pleasant Bock-like brew. 09.VI.10

pivnizub (10621) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUN 16, 2010
Lahev (Diky, Quack-Ducku!): Clear, deep golden coloured with a big - slowly collapsing - loose white head; a tinge of vanilla and bisquits in the sweet pale-malty nose; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied and soft; shorter, not too hoppy, sweet-bitter finish. Could be even better with a good dash of hops.....
