3.6
gunnar (9085) - Sandnes, NORWAY - MAY 2, 2010
0,5 l bottle. Poursd deep brown with a small tan head. Aroma is weak roasted malts, light chocolate. Full bodied, very good for this low abv beer. Taste is full of light roasted malts, maybe a touch on the sweet side, but not too much. Here is caramel mixed with chocolate, even some noticeable liquorice, nice Czech dunkel.

Cuso (8685) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - MAR 30, 2015
Tap at Le Senk. Chestnut brown color with thick beige head. Caramel, roasted malt yeast in aroma. Sweet caramel malt in taste with plums, notes of coffee. Standard tmavy, not my style.

Hansen (8595) - Assentoft, DENMARK - JUL 24, 2012
Brown coloured and clear. Has a white head, medium duration. Malty aroma faint roasted, sugars and faint perfumed. Sweet flavor, finish moderate bitter. Creamy, watery texture.

Svesse (8595) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - AUG 2, 2008
(Draught at Ferdinanda, Prague, 19 July 2008) Dark brown colour with ruby notes and a brief, beige head. Malty nose with prunes, cold coffee and spicy hints. Malty taste with cola, sweet coffee, brown sugar and a slightly bittersweet finish. Rather sweet but still nice.

UPDATED: JUL 8, 2005 Rerate Thinnish head, flavor not as chocolatey this time around, aroma a bit too sweet; still a decent Dunkel though. Original 3.6 Picked up at Habersham Beverage Warehouse in Savannah, Ga. Pleasant chestnut brown pour with a pillowy off white head and good sticky lacing. Aroma has some sweet nutty accents with a back end of wort. Flavor has some of the same accents with a noticeable chocolatey bent. Also detect a wee bit of coffee. One of the more flavorful dunkels that I have come across. Mouthfeel, while a bit thin is appopriate for the style. A definite winner.

Hermod (7841) - Vantaa, FINLAND - DEC 1, 2009
[email protected], Helsinki. Dark brown with a nice beige head. Weak aroma of chocolate and caramel, flavor is nicely sweet, but not too sweet, mostly caramel and some coffee, very easy to drink. Nice dunkel.

lusikka (7813) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUN 19, 2012
500 ml bottle.
Pours a dark brown colour with a firm, creamy white head. Aroma of toasted malts, ash and bread. Flavour of sweet toasted malts, nuts, bread, sweet raisins and some toffee. Medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel and a smooth, dry, sweet finish. Very well balanced.

larsga (7539) - Oslo, NORWAY - APR 8, 2009
Medium fine beige-brownish lasting head. Lovely reddish-brown body. Light fruity aroma; can’t really make anything much out. Dry (with sweetish notes) roasty dried fruit and raisins taste with caramelly notes. Excellent harmony and balance. Lovely vividness and distinctness of taste. Dry spicy roasty earthy licorice aftertaste lingers. Light acidity can be picked up. Really exceptionally good for the style. (0.3l draft, U Ferdinanda, Prague.)
