Demens (519) - Budapest, HUNGARY - JAN 7, 2018
0,5l bottle. Clear, very dark ruby/almost black colour with quickly shrinking but small and lasting tan head. Aroma: Caramel, milkchocolate with a touch of coffee aroma and descret leather notes. Taste: Has a quite full short sweet malty start with soft sourish roasty tone and with a moderate bitter mouthfeel. Light/medium body with medium carbonation. Long softly sour and bitter/dry finish. Good tasty and balanced dunkel.

Jemné, dobré tmavé pivo s příjemným nasládlým aromatem s tóny kávy, karamelu a kakaa, jemným řízem a dobrou chutí.

Keg at the Praha restaurant, 12/07/17. Rich mahogany browe with a well presented light beige cap. Nose is toffee, nutty, slightly sulphuric, fruit loaf. Taste comprises brown bread, toffee, brown sugars, nutty, faint spice. medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Par for the style.

DraftDodger (1801) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2017
Copenhagen 3/6 2017. 50 cl bottle from gift pack in SuperBrugsen. Something along the lines "Central European Beers Giftbox". Pours clear dark brown with a red tinge and small white head. Settles as lonely thin patch drifting around. Moderate lacing. Aroma has some sweet caramel, lightly roasted dark malts and something more sharp and bitter. Medium carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavor is classic Tmavy. Quite sweetish bordering on the sugary followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is medium bitter with some sweet notes. Not exactly original but solid. And it’s not as sweet as some Dunkels can be.

Pours a clear, dark brown body with light brown tint. Beige head that settles quick. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel and light hops. Taste is sweet, caramel, slightly roasted and little bitter in the finish.

puredelusion (437) - Lviv, UKRAINE - APR 11, 2017
0.5 bottle. Pours clear brown color with medium, mostly diminishing white head. Aroma of malts, caramel, bread. Flavor is high sweet, not balanced. Light body, average carbonation. Medium long, sweet finish with nutty notes.

Sokáig a kedvenc barna söröm volt. Ma is ott van a kedvencek között, mégha nem is az első helyen. Jó malátás, édes íz, némi keserű ízzel a végén. Király itóka.

Bottle 0,5l from supermarket. Dark brown color, clear, very sparkling with frothy head, whis is away in a second. Looks like a coke. Aroma malty, very slightly roasty and also with caramel. Taste is sweet, caramel, malty, with bitter tones of coffee and maybe salt in the middle? Aftertaste is sweet, little with roasted/coffee tones. Strong carbonation, medium body. Tastes are scattered, it is sweet (due to sugar in ingredients), so I don’t consider it as a good beer. For me weak, maybe aborted batch...
