3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask at the Wellington, Birmingham. Poured a clear straw colour with a whispy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is skunky malt, caramel toffee, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light woody hop, light fruit light pepper spice palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

UPDATED: MAY 9, 2013 Cask conditioned Handpump The Pub Leicester. A light golden beer with a white bubbly head. Sadly a little diacetyl in the nose but there are good hoppy flavours in the mouth. Some orange and lemons. Quite a plain and simple golden but pleasant enough tasting. Score 3.0
