COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This IPA has four select malts in combination with four classic hop varieties & time honored brewing methods including dry hopping, resulting in a golden ale with exceptional flavour & complexity. A true IPA in every sense. A well balanced N.W. IPA with Cascade/Centennial Final and Dry Hopping for that citral finish.

Beershine's rating

3.4
Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, - AUG 4, 2014
Draft at the brewery. Gold and bright, love the choices of hop and malt with pale malt and dry bitter hop profile with no estery hop and not a chewy PACNW IPA, it’s actually pale and more British in character, yay! Another that the cans/bottles don’t do it justice.

Cloudy orange pour. Light citrus aromas. Citrus taste as well. Nice and bitter with a dry finish

mcberko (17205) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 20, 2017
On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and very light hopping. Flavour is more expressive on the hops, with bitter piney hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Piney and bitter hop quality on the finish that is rather aggressive. Nice stuff.

355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a large, frothy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, biscuit, peach, apricot and light citrus. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, biscuit, grapefruit, tangerine and tropical fruit with a dry, bitter, mild hop resin finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pretty solid.

Amber, lacing, clear white head. Malts. Draft from a bar. A little grape? Decent

tap - This copper colored beer has an off-white head that laces heavily. The mild aroma is hoppy with some resin notes. The flavor has good bitterness with resin and a touch of citrus. It’s medium bodied and a lingering bitter finish. Good.

Slightly cloudy light orange, good foam. Aroma is subdued (maybe the foam?) What’s there is piney hops. Taste is hop juice, pine, resin. Little tiny bit of malt. Bitter. Okay.

adamnowek (2644) - Brussels, BELGIUM - AUG 5, 2016
Aroma is a little bit of pine needles and grass. Taste is moderately hoppy but without a tonne of character.

kaser (6220) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 28, 2016
Draft pour at Park Distillery in Banff. Dark orange with white fluffy head. Dank fruits and apricot. Hoppy and bitter. Just ok

Bomber Bottle. Pours a light-medium reddish amber with a thin white head. Very mild spruce like aroma. Medium-low carbonation. Taste is bitter; bittering hops mainly, notes of spruce and grass. Warms to a mild malt slightly sweet taste. Finish is bitter, grass like, some spruce. Would benefit more with more aromatic and flavouring hops. A very basic IPA. Not bad.

3.1
kyzr (1530) - Montana, USA - MAY 1, 2016
Copper pour from the can with a small white head. Nose of caramel malt with a some pine and grass. Flavor is much the same with a solid malt backbone, light hop bitterness.
