Pours an orangey amber color. Sweet citrus aromas along with some Belgian yeast. Taste has some zest and some peppery notes. Nice bitter finish. Very interesting mcberko (17840) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 30, 2015
On tap at St. Augustine’s, pours a hazy orange with a medium off-white head. Aroma brings out a good mix of piney and resinous hops, along with Belgian yeast and caramel malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with Belgian yeast upfront, followed by bitter piney hops, and just enough biscuity malt. Not great balance, and the palate is quite abrasive. More Belgian yeast than lots of hops. Decent stuff. solidfunk (8964) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - DEC 29, 2015
Florals and some citrus. Pours amber with good head and lacing. Bittersweet finish with tangy aftertaste. Good balance. Well done hybrid that leans more toward the Belgian end of things. Tap at St augustines. piscator34 (2534) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - MAR 30, 2015
Bottle. Copper in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas are of tropical and citric fruits, cut grass, and mild spice. Balanced in the mouth with more light peppery spice, pale malt, lemon peel, and weeds. Drying on the palate with a solid bitterness level. Not overly spicy, hoppy, or sweet, but comes off as more refined than sucked out. Better than expected. ljthiessen (1348) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - MAR 23, 2015
Bottle. Hazy burnt orange colour with a creamy light tan head. Sweet fruity aroma, notes of pineapple, citrus zest, mango, wheat. Flavour is not as sweet as the aroma, still fruity, some bitterness at the end with a dry finish. Some light yeasty character and earthiness when you pour in the sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

Man is this brewery getting it done lately... Another great offering from them and they have many! Pours a lightly hazy orangish amber with a frothy off white head. Aroma of citrus hops, grapefruit, Belgian yeast, spicy esthers and some funk... Brilliant! Taste is Belgian yeast, spicy grapefruit, citrus hops, orange peel like bitterness and all around balanced and complex. Seems lightly astringent but it’s more of a Belgian yeast character that doesn’t stick around too long and is inoffensive. GraffitiVandal (150) - Manitoba, CANADA - MAR 11, 2015
ENG: 650ml bottle from Liquor Mart Winnipeg, poured into the tulip. Opalescent orange to golden color, nice, medium tan head, lacing. Aromas of wheat, delicate pine, mango, tropical fruits. Tastes clovy, bitter-sweet red grapefruit, earthy, roasty, a bit of banana in the background. Some interesting pepper-like bitter derived from that grapefruit in aftertaste. Medium to high carbonation, medium body, thick. Overall I think this one’s the best from the trinity I’ve had from Fernie (1. Rockpile IPA, 2. Lone Wolf IPA and 3. Snowblind Belgian IPA). Very interesting palate, still very drinkable. Very good beer!cards04 (2798) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - MAR 10, 2015
PL: Butelka 650ml z Liquor Mart w Winnipeg, przelana do kieliszka. Opalizująca, pomarańczowo-złocista barwa, ładna średnia, jasna piana, lacing. Aromaty pszeniczne, nieco sosnowe, mango, owoce tropikalne. Rockpile IPA, 2. Lone Wolf IPA, 3. Snowblind Belgian IPA). Bardzo ciekawa paleta smaków, nadal bardzo pijalne. Bardzo dobre piwo!
A really nice offering from this brewery. Pours a brilliant burnt orange with foamy and creamy white head. Aromas of Belgian candy and cat pee. Flavours are sweet Belgian yeast with a nice bitter finish. Rich, full mouth feel with just the right amount of carbonation. andrewturba (1190) - Alberta, CANADA - MAR 8, 2015
Pours a moderately hazy copper with an average sized long lasting off white head that leaves a ton of lace. Aroma is Belgian yeast, spicy, grassy, earthy, herbal, zesty citrus, some earthy notes and a light pale malt profile. Flavour is spicy, zesty citrus, grassy, herbal, Belgian yeast, medium bitterness, and biscuits. fiulijn (20515) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 28, 2014
Bottle from Boundary Crossing Liquor, Vancouver
Hazy amber color with small head. The aroma has some plastic/rubber, phenol, candies. Good body strength, lean mouthfeel, actually a bit alcoholic; simple malt profile, with some cereals, caramel, moderate peppery/spicy character, strong bitterness, but just light hop qualities, although it’s a bit fruity and resiny; hints of liquorice.
Not bad, but simplistic.
