Another gift. I see the German folks are still drinking it after 15 years of age, so I try it too.It has not gone bad, still some carbonation and has caramel and bread malty aroma. Only draw back is the palate, it has something suspended in it that I’ll just call "bits." Taste is still a fine bock though. I should have strained it.
From old tasting notes. Orange gold liquid with a tan creamy head. Light toasted malt aroma. Sweet caramel-like malt flavor is heavy and rich. A real chewy mouthfeel. Bittersweet malty finish. Hearty and flavorful. kiwianer (3428) - Otorohanga, NEW ZEALAND - JAN 1, 2014

Ceramic bottle, 7.0%. Fruity flavour. A little alcoholic. A little citric. Lemony and slightly oxidised. Could have been a lot worse.
