On tap @ Fieldwork. Clear yellow beer with some white foam. Nice enough malt profile on this one. Fresh French bread, some cracker, and a bit of yeasty dough. Has a peppery and grassy quality to it, so sort of Dupont-esque in that way. Definitely lemon, or at least tart fruits. Finishes much more bitter than I would expect or care for. It's okay, but could use some tweaks to be really nice. wombat23 (2168) - Texas, USA - JUL 30, 2017
