COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Everyone has heard that one country song, about vacations in Mexico, fishing in clear waters, and drinking beer on the beach. While you might loathe the puka-shell necklace and designer ripped denim vest, you can’t help but dream of sipping that cold crisp Lager as you change the radio station. Hammock Beer is just that cerveza; a Baja inspired Lager taking a classic Mexican Lager grain bill and brewing it with tropical and floral new-school hops. A classic yeast strain results in a dry and clean Lager that showcases the beautiful lime-blossom notes of Motueka hops along with juicy mango-fueled Citra hops. You don’t need to live in a mansion in Nashville to know how perfect this beer is to quench that longing for some Baja sunshine. Leave the bedazzled jeans at home, throw your feet up, and relish the pint of sunshine that we call Hammock Beer.

On tap @ Fieldwork. Clear golden beer with a white head. Nice light and clean beer. Very mild malt character with some bread and cracker. Plenty of floral hops, a light citrus note, and some grass. Slightly fruity and watery as well. Get some lemon and a hint of lime zest. Very easy drinking beer. Quite refreshing. Mild bitterness to the finish. Solid.

At Aptos BBQ, pours a clear golden yellow with small to medium white head. No lacing. Notes of crisp hops, grain, roasted malt, light citrus, grass and Earth. Not sure why this is ticking so low, it’s an ultra clean lager that’s very true to style.
