COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rancher Farmhouse Ale is our non-traditional Saison that works its fingers to the bone to provide a ruggedly complex flavor profile that is somewhat atypical of the style. Moderate malt character and a strong graininess drive a very agriculturally targeted hop profile from beginning to end. As dawn breaks on this beer, you’ll find truck loads of fresh lemon aroma and hints of white and black pepper, followed by subtle nuisances of savory herbs and freshly cut grass. A hearty body partners perfectly with its spritzy carbonation to maintain the style’s crushable and grain-driven origins. Flavors bounce across your palate like a truck on an old dirt road, hitting with an orchard fresh lemon character, fresh baked bread, and more subtle than assumed white pepper notes. Rancher Farmhouse Ale digs deep to put its own stamp on the traditional Saisons of France and Belgium without deviating too far from the heart and soul of this flawless beer style. While it was designed to sip on a front porch swing or at the dinner table with family, we hope you enjoy Rancher wherever you get the chance to try it.

Growler can. Pale straw with no head or lace. Lifted, clean and fresh nose. Lots of fresh fruit, malt and some spice. Lacks complexity. The palate is light and refreshing. Balanced but light. Feels like a sessions beer even at 6.5%. A good thirst quencher that won’t challenge the senses.
