COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We have reached another milestone in our journey with this Belgo-American Blonde that commemorates our 200th batch. American hops and Ardennes yeast were combined to create this crisp and crushable beer that features a peppery and spicy nose with a juicy fruit flavor created by Citra and Multihead hops.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy golden color with a medium thin white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and malt. Medium body with flavors of fruity yeast, malt, hops and a bit of spice. The finish is fruity and spicy with a yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

on tap @ Fifty West / Cincinnati OH --- Cloudy dirty light amber color, heavy white head, full wall of lace. Taste is full-bodied malt that grows through a carbonated swallow, then continues to a finish that first turns more sweet, then more bitter. Light overall, but, complex and well-balanced. Recommended.

Draft to taster at 50W. Looks good; a lightly hazy maize with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; a nice balance of Belgian yeast, fruity hops, and a touch of spice. Tastes like it smells with a pleasant mouthfeel that’s medium-light to medium-bodied. It’s been awhile since I enjoyed a Belgian Ale, but this one has great balance and isn’t dominated by the yeast.

It pours light hazy yellow. A bit of fruit and light Belgian yeast notes. A rather light pale ale. Crisp. Solid.

Draft at Listermann Oktoberfest. Pours a cloudy pale gold with a small eggshell white head that laces the cup. Nice florals and botanicals in this one, with mint, pepper, pale and bready malts, lemon, hay, and light tropical fruit. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a dry, floral, bready mouthfeel. Really nice, easy drinking Belgian ale.

Draft sample. Poured hazy golden color with a large fizzy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate citrus, yeast and spice aroma. Medium body with a smooth sticky texture. Medium sweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. My expectations where met.
