COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for the Harvest Season, this American IPA is comprised of organically grown fresh off the vine Cascade Hops. These hops are picked and immediately introduced to the brewing process giving the beer the hoppy, grassy, herbally, freshness you will love. The four varieties of malt adds richness and complexity. This beer is as fresh as it gets so enjoy while it lasts.

Draft at Fifty Fest. Solid wet hop ale. Aroma is grassy, floral, fresh hops. May have been the beer of the day for me.

Draft pour avg gold with large white head. Nose pine, mango, juicy hop resin. Taste bitter bite up front, then sweeter mango, papaya, and light peppery spice. Nice hops. Lingering bitter finish.

Draft sample at Listermann Oktoberfest. Pours a clear, deep golden color with a small white head. Right away, the wet hop harvest ale character comes through in grassy, leafy, citrusy hops, wet straw, faint herbs, and some pale and caramel malts to balance. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and an earthy, bitter mouthfeel. Well-done IPA.

On tap at 50 West. Clear yellow pour with a white head. No real nose. Mild citrus and melon notes. Just enough caramel malts to keep this IPA honest. Good balance, body, and mouthfeel.

Draft. Pours a clear amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma has some light citrus fruits with a splash of pine, grassy, with some toasted malts. The flavor is similar with toasted bread, light caramel, grassy, herbal hops, mild citrus with mild bitterness at the finish. Decent; my first beer from this new local brewer.

Draft. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate complex hop and small malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

Notes from Listermann craft beer oktoberfest. Very nice satisfying wet hop aroma. Very easy to drink. Crisp, lighter carbonation, and more dry texture that makes me think of Jackie-Os brews (which I’m a huge fan of). Half hazy sort of darker amber color. Thin khaki head with great retention, leaving good lace, Good bitter and sweet taste. Caramel malts, pine, citrus, grapefruit. Real good, looking forward to revisiting next year

Draft to pint. Looks good; a semi-transparent Burnt-orange with sticky head that dissipates into lacing. Smells solid; nice fresh Cascade hops with a semi-sweet backbone. Tastes like it smells with a good mouthfeel. Tasty.
