Bomber @ FiftyFifty Charity Tasting: Vintage 2012: Served in a taster: Black body with almost no head/lacing. Aroma has a good amount of bourbon and whiskey with some earthy and woody tints. Roast and soy. Even some aftershave. Flavour is roasty with whiskey, wood, bitter, brown sugars, light wood roast, light mocha/hopjes (Dutch candy)... Aftertaste is is bitter, sweet, whiskey, brown sugars... Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, close to full bodied. More sweet...

Bottle @ FiftyFifty Eclipse Charity Tasting. 2012 vintage. Opaque black color, average sized off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, nice whiskey influence coming through, lightly vanilla. Taste malts, firm whiskey flavor, quite bitter finish actually. Quite heavy as expected. Medium to full body and firm carbonation.

Backlog. 2012 bottle ->mini snifter from Churchkey Vintage Vault event. Deep brown with small tan head. Cocoa, roasted malt, oak, bourbon. Very good. Tasted alongside the Eclipse: Elijah Craig 12 Year and found the Bernheim to be more smooth and polished, which is likely due to my preference for wheat-based bourbons.
