Aroma is caramel, vanilla, cocoa, oak, raisin, and bourbon. Taste is molasses, caramel, vanilla, dark fruits, bourbon, This has smoothed out and in my opinion perfect to drink now. There are lots of sweet notes and there is not harsh alcohol notes. Mouthfeel is smoooooth and creamy. Love it. So glad I bought 2.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured black color with an average frothy brown head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy toasted sweet chocolate and bourbon wood aroma. Copious body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy dark bourbon sweet flavor with a medium to heavy complex sweet finish of moderate to long duration. My high expectations where met with a standout beer.

22 oz bottle shared with Tmoney99 and the Fifty West guys. Pours a dark cola brown color with a small khaki colored head that sticks to the glass for a long time. The aroma has strong wet bourbon, wood, chocolate, with dark fruits. The flavor has more bourbon, wood, chocolate, vanilla, dark fruit, some roasted coffee that grew with warming, solid variant.

That’ll be me 20K then @ ChrisO’s. Big thanks to FoneFan for hauling this one over. Opaque dark brown beer, good tan head. Palate is airy and semi dry, Decent fine carbonation. Surprisingly thin dark malts with reasonable dark chocolate. Little spice. Mild dark fruits amid the mellow bourbon. Thin dry finish. Tasty but thin.
