A very nice easy drinking beer that is great for any time. Not too light and fruity, not heavy and filling. A smooth glass of pure satisfying flavor.
Reddish colour with no head. Aroma has some toasted malt and caramel. Fairly light bodied. Rough bitterness. kathouse (1875) - LAS VEGAS, Nevada, USA - APR 3, 2017
Beer has a light red/brown body, clear, with a thin layer of foam. More biscuit flavor than anything else. Just ok. PugUglyBrewer (612) - - MAR 25, 2017
Tarnished copper color with a cream colored head of foam. Aromas and flavors of biscuit, caramel, spring florals, herbaceous hops, and honey. Thin, sweet, and refreshing when really cold. Andrew196 (1858) - Katy, Texas, USA - FEB 22, 2017
Bottle to glass - aroma is caramel, earthy florals. Pours an orange, red, minimal head. Sort of an abrupt, spritzy bitterness on the tongue. Sweet Earth, mint. Meh. rlgk (18847) - GŲteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 17, 2016
Draught at Figueroa Mountain, Buellton, California. Clear copper color with a nice offwhite head. Malty grainy aroma, dark bread, floral notes. Malty dark bread aroma, grapes, hay notes, some nuts. Quite ok.

Draft. A red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, and hints of spicy hops, leading to a bitter finish. Fatehunter (2561) - Corbett, Oregon, USA - SEP 4, 2016
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2016 Pours a thin head on a clear dark straw body. Aroma is caramel and a little candy. Taste is caramel, fruits and zippy lemon. Texture is crisp and fizzy. Great flavor and aroma. GarrettB (1581) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 6, 2016
June 21st, 2014 - I confess, I had never heard of "Danish Style" anything, let alone a Danish Style Red Lager, but the self-categorization for this Figueroa beer intrigued me. The beer is indeed a nice foxy red-orange color, and it smells mostly like a rusty red brew, metallic and slightly sweet. The flavor is similar, again metallic and marked with notes of caramel and apple, but with a few lighter sweet notes like strawberry, all served on a light palate. I had this one at the brewery. A nice red color, malty backbone. Sweet. Not too complex.
