Braudog (6716) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUN 21, 2017
Bottle. Rusty orange and frothy. Overall, quite earthy and metallic. Definitely a chewy, forested woodsiness (I’m making up words). Very bitter. Enjoyable, big beer. (#6665, 6/15/2017)

maekchu (3911) - Hirakata, JAPAN - FEB 8, 2017
Bomber. Nose of citrus, lots of tropical fruit, and overripe melons. Clear medium amber color, frothy off-white head, sticky lace. Quite sweet right off, again with a variety of tropical fruits, mango, guava, citrusy hops. Medium-heavy body, with just a hint of hop burn. Nice, A melange of fruits. Hides the alc. well.

blipp (9278) - La Mesa, California, USA - JAN 19, 2017
Draft. Pours golden orange with a white head. Mild fruity hops, some pithy bitterness, light floral notes, and mild sweetness. Pretty good.

Bottle. Clear Yellow Gold in colour. Average foamy white head. Fair lacing. Very Fruity; citrus grapefruit and orange, pith, tropical fruits, mango and melon. Spicy; slightly peppery. Hoppy; piney resinous hops. Malty; biscuity malts, caramel. Sweet-bitter very citrus and tropical fruity hoppy. Increasingly bitter and dry hoppy finish. Liked this. Good DIPA! (2016-09-13)

Within the FM big beers and again within the hoppy beers were all pleasant alone, but all had far too many similarities in supposedly different styles and treatments. Too much in common to appreciate as much as a whole. That said, this slighlty beats out the 3 other hoppy offering as my favorite. Sweet, citrusy and tropical fruit, a little boozy. Clean. Good.

Ungstrup (37625) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 29, 2016
Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, hops, straw, and exotic fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of spicy hops, malt, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Had at the bar and then from a bottle later. Pours clear amber with white head. Aroma is pale malt, light caramel, citrus, faint pineapple, and some dank. Flavor is slightly sweet malty profile with great citrus esters and grapefruit bitterness and dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

My new flavor of the month if not life! The Figeroua is killing it right now. Poured from a 22 oz bottle into a large wine glass. The head is a dense pillow of heavenly carbonated pristine white cloud. The appearance is a clear gold with a splash of bright copper at the core. He aroma is slightly pine with a slight hint of tropical and citrus. The flavor is malt driven with light caramel and subtle toast. The hops showcase at the end with a little papaya, grapefruitand a hint of berry.
