On tap at the brewery. Yellow pale golden color with white head. Aroma of noble hops, a bit earth, sweet grains, some honey. Taste is the same. Grassy. Carbonation is not crisp enough for a Pils, but besides that, nice job. Marheb (5901) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 16, 2015
Smells like light malt and dust. Hazy yellow light head. Sour grain taste. Leaves a lasting grain behind. GT (10001) - San Diego, California, USA - MAY 6, 2015

>> Sparkling straw pour, weak foam. Yellow apple cidery nose. Taste has good bready malt and honey roll, yellow apple, cidery, tannic yellow apple skin.
Bomber from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is heavy towards light malt. Mild perfumy grass for hop. Med body. And now we’re cooking. It goes bready/grassy/spicy, then falls a bit towards grainy. Still, it’s much more pils than pale lager. Maybe a German rather than Czech pils. Could be hoppier, but that’s me. Certainly drinkable. Lightly bitter finish.
