This made for a poor first beer. Very grassy and straw like flavor that did not please the palate.

Bottle; clear dull gold in color with a big frothy white head. Aroma of lemon and wheat, a bit musty. Same flavor profile; some lemon and a largely bland wheat presence. They could do better.

J_man (1002) - Tustin, California, USA - AUG 10, 2013
On tap at Tustin Brewing. Very hazy medium yellow with a small white head. Good grainy wheat aroma. Slightly sweet on the tongue but excellent wheat taste. Well balanced bitterness that lets the malt shine through. Body is quite creamy for a wheat beer. Finishes dry and slightly bitter.
