A little butter, a little malts, a little hops. This is really the best and most complex of the Bitter, Gold and Premium because it has te most flavor and the only one with a hint of hops.. my staple during the week of amazing vacation. Bottle at Leighton’s, big thanks to Danny. It pours clear golden - amber with a white head. The aroma is sweet, grainy, cheap, white bread, corn, cardboard and white sugar. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, grainy, grass, cardboard, cereal, soda water and touch of lemon with a short, dry finished. Light - medium body and average carbonation. Taste like a rare country tick lager. Classic example of style. Leighton (21494) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 29, 2016
Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Daniel for the country scoop. Pours clear gold with a creamy topping. The nose holds simple pale bread, cereal, straw. Light sweet flavour with some husky grains, more cereal, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly drying in the finish with a whisper of white grape, more crispy cereal, straw. Simplistic but not bad. mR_fr0g (12578) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 29, 2016

Bottle, carried all the way from Fiji by my former student. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeats, with notes of malt and some light hoppy touches. Bitter flavour of hops, wit heavy estery notes and touches of malt. Bitter aftertaste with estery notes. Well, not a Bitter but a bitter Pale Lager. Thank you, Michelle! martin00sr (4295) - Haderslev, DENMARK - DEC 9, 2016
Clear golden, white head. Sweet malt aroma. Sweetish, malty aroma. Ok hoppy bitterness, a little fruity perhaps but still a little watery. Quite ok. MiP (15920) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - DEC 9, 2016
Bottle, 4.6%. Clear golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is not exactly malty, but not thin either. Has a decent hop note, not fruity or flavourful, but OK bitterness, and quite clean. Good mouthfeel for the style. Skarecrow (777) - North Shore, Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - DEC 1, 2016
750ml bottle BB 22/4/2016
Pale amber with good head.
Aroma is grainy sawdust.
Mild bitterness with oily metallic finish. adamnowek (2835) - Brussels, BELGIUM - AUG 11, 2016
Some malt. Some more malt. And just a hint of malt at the end. Really dry and really bitter. Probably more satisfying in Fiji proper.
