Pours a murky copper-golden color with a light tan head. Malty nose with a hint of hoppiness. Full mouthfeel. Very malty with a hint of orange at the finish. JK (6192) - St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA - SEP 29, 2015
Autumn Brew Review 2015. Hazy red color. Dry and earthy. Lots of malt, making it sweet. Very little hop presence. not a lot going on here, but the flavor is good. drpimento (3672) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 3, 2015
Aroma was the best thing here with good malt, rye, hops. Flavor had a huge metallic component.and a medicinal finish. Body is ok. Hopes were kind of dashed after that first great whiff. Oh well. Cosmo6644 (102) - Illinois, USA - AUG 19, 2015
Aroma is bread, malts, and sweet fruit. Taste is similar, a little metallic on the finish, ok

Pours an auburn color. Aroma is sweet and malty, caramel and honey notes. Flavor is well-balanced but fully malt-forward. A good bit of caramel flavor. Incredibly drinkable.

Poured from a bomber into a pint glass.
Aroma- A pretty good mix of malt and hops, this was the best part of the beer to me.
Appearance- Pours an amber color. Large white head.
Taste- Not a big fan a lot of malt and hops but I just didn’t get blown away by it.
Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation
Overall- Not a fan of this beer, it just didn’t taste that good, I may have to give it another spin later on

Aroma: Has a heavily caramel malt aroma, other malts, plus some herbal and floral notes
Appearance: This one pours an unclear amber color with a frothy beige head and medium lace
Flavor: The malts dominate this one, strongly caramel, somewhat sweet, the bitterness is mild
Palate: Medium bodied, fairly sticky, with a soft carbonation, and a somewhat sticky finish
I wasn’t a huge fan of this beer. There’s just too much caramel without enough hops to balance it out.
Draught @ Barleycorn. Cloudy dark amber with small whitish foamy head, faint caramel aroma, low carbonation, sweetish roasted malt taste, medium finish with bitter aftertaste. Nice and easy to drink. dogfishho (669) - Bloomfield, New Jersey, USA - APR 7, 2015
When I first took a sip, I actually thought this was an IPA whose hops had faded due to age. Only when I read the description did I realized that the heavy malt profile was intended. Biscuity malts and caramel dominate with a tinge of vegetal hops at the end. Decent. PhilJackson80 (531) - Oklahoma, USA - APR 7, 2015
16 oz Can. Tasted on 3/28/15. Can courtesy of Chae. A little on the sweet side to me on the nose. Body was decent & taste was average for me. Not looking to try this one again.
