Geschmacklich ist es Wasser! und nichts anderes, die Noten sind daher nicht so schlecht, weil es schlecht schmecken würde, sondern weil man nichts schmeckt. Fazit: Für Wasser trinker ein Genuss! Test vom 26.9.2009 Noten: -,2,3,1,7,1 - 1,83

Can 50cl. Pours a clear golden colour with normal head and carbonation. Semi decent pilsener, surely drinkable when nice and cold.

lidil can for 37 cents .30ml . First was pleased to see "German Lager Specially made in Germany". First sip or 2 is pleasant as the bitterness hits you right away. As you continue I get that metallic taste that separates the bitterness to blandness. difficult to finish... bit gassy. On a hot hot day serve this one cold.

All in all a very bland beer, but also doesn’t really do anything very wrong. Good value in the cheaper category.

tseo (153) - Athens, GREECE - MAY 6, 2012
Aroma: Hop character. Aromas of grass, minerals and soil dominate. A little apple fruitiness and an unpleasant soapy hue. Not very good. Mouthfeel: A medium, smooth body. Taste: Taste is bitter, and a tad malty (Remniscent of fresh bread). There is a bad metallic background, hopefully not very evident. Finish: That’s the nice part. First some light honey sweetness, then it gets astringent and bitter. Overall: Not bad for a discount beer. Goes very well with food, especially grilled meat or fish dishes. The discount beer of my choice.

small bottle from lidl. Nothing special as expected, very good for its price, but not looking forward to having it again

Can from Lidl. Pale golden colour, white head. Nose is light grainy and grassy. Flavour is grainy, bit metallic.

50 cl. can @ home. Yellow with a white head. Grassy aroma. slighty bitter hoppy taste. typical boring but not entirely bad cheap pils.

Tmrobotix (44) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - DEC 21, 2011
Another pale lager in the cheap segment! Very very foamy, head. Not much aromas, as usual for pale lagers. Hops are floral, light. Not much taste. Boring? pale, quite a white big head. Wow, the beer looks good. Steered by bitter hops this beer is! medium bitterness, light sweetness, ok but boring. Palate: light body, thin feel, fizzy, astringent finish. Bah! Overal: Nopes nothing special in this beer. But considering it’s price (0,42 euros here) it’s good! So in time of crisis this is a decent pils!
