Aroma is band-aid, mild sweetness and hops. The flavor is tropical fruit/hops, apples, mild sweetness and a mix of tart and a hint of bitterness in the finish. Zymurgeist2 (2179) - Redwood City, California, USA - MAY 26, 2016
Bottle to tulip. Apple, vinegar. Slight grass. Clear pale yellow with almost no head. Taste is moderate citrus, orange and grass. Thin mouthfeel. Pleasant, but not a lot of interesting characteristics. tmoreau (4298) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - APR 14, 2016
UPDATED: MAY 10, 2016 Shared 16.9 oz. bottle at Lunar Brewing Co., poured to snifters showing a clear & bright, golden hue, with a quickly diminishing , bubbly white layer of head foam to a thin ring, and light spots of lacing. The nose was apple, core, & skins, some syrupy sweetness, with a touch of white wine. Light+ bodied, the taste was sweet, tart, and dry, with modest bitterness, and lively fizz to the effervescence. Rather British styled. Liked the clean, crisp finish. BiiruBierBeer (1043) - Phoenix, Arizona, USA - FEB 26, 2016
Smells like super bitter beer, in a macro and turned sort of way rather than the hoppy way. Taste is pretty decent though. Tart apple juice. Light body, medium carbonation, and no foam. slowrunner77 (11917) - Reno, Nevada, USA - JAN 11, 2016
A little pricey for what the score ends up being. Nice citrusy pungent hop aroma and some dry Apple sweetness. Not a ton of complexity, but pleasant.

Bottle @ home. Thanks, Jake. Clear golden pour with a fizzy, soda head. Smells intensely of Granny Smith apples. A lot of grass and lemon rind as well. Acetaldehyde is quite strong. Kind of ruins it for me. Flavor is better and has more of a juicy, fresh, apple flavor. Pretty tart and citric. A bunch of grass, lemon zest, and some hints of pear. Just okay. mcberko (17178) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 22, 2014
Sampled at Finnriver, pours a cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma brings out dry hops and medium dry apples. Flavour brings out lots of citrus, dry apples and dry hops. Not actually that different from the fresh hopped version. Decent but a little lacking. Beerdrinker79 (2188) - Idaho, USA - NOV 2, 2014
500 ml bottle- Pours slightly hazy straw golden with minimal head and carbonation bubbles. Aroma is floral, apples, hay, grass. The taste is intensely ripe red and green apples, floral, tart, hay. Was hoping for more, was hoping for a bone dry finish, pretty good though. OldMrCrow (2435) - Seattle, Washington, USA - AUG 14, 2014
UPDATED: AUG 31, 2014 Bottle, another one that my wife brought back from her visit to the cidery.

Light pour, small and short-lived white head. Tart, funky aroma with an understated hop presence. The flavor is dry and surprisingly tart, especially compared with last night’s Finnriver Honey Meadow. Green apple and something more aggressive and sharply bitter - not hops - drive the flavor. Light-to-moderate carbonation. The very late flavor, 30 seconds in, is the memory of apples and the best part of this cider.
Revisit: Pretty much as above.
Bottle RBAG 2014 prelim., another morning kickstarter! Pale yellow with fine lively carbo. Very tart, edging on sour apples with a dry crisp finish. Low sweetness with a vague green character. Very refreshing.
