3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A - Pours a crystal clear amber color with a 1.5 finger tan head. The bubbles hold up for a descent amount of time.
S - Rich crystal malt, pine, herbal hops, doughy yeast, ruby red grapefruit juice.
T - Toasted biscuit, pine and herbal hops rides along the sweet malt and sticks to the teeth and gums. Some bitter lime peel, cranberries, and pecan shell comes out on the finish. The malt carries through but dries out on the finish.
M - Medium to full body, medium to moderate carbonation.
Slightly aggressive malt background but other than that a balanced and straight forward beer.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2017 Copper color. Medium sized off-white head. Toasted caramel, citrus and herbs in aroma. Moderate malty sweetness with hoppy/herbal bitterness for balance. Mediocre beer. Silvan7 (1279) - Samarate, ITALY - AUG 26, 2015
ON tap @ ? Brooklyn NYC. Ambrata, velata, schiuma fine, beige persistente. Weevo (187) - Indiana, USA - JUL 4, 2015
Bottle, pours red copper with the white head. Citrus and hop aroma. Bitter finish but doesn't exceed my IBU tolerance. Not bad.

From a 12 fl. oz. bottle dated 11/19/14. I should have looked at the stamp more closely when I bought it during a recent road trip through New York. Murky brass colored pour with a lot of head. The aroma is more of a malt character than hops, based on the age of the bottle I expect. Decent medium body. Hop profile has faded in the taste. More roasted malts than anything else. I wonder how it was last November? trapped (3786) - New York, TURKEY - DEC 25, 2014
Draught. Reddish copper color with small whitish spongy head, very faint malt aroma, medium carbonation, slightly bitter and tangy taste reminiscent of rye, hops taste not very noticable, bitter long finish. Very different from a usual IPA.

@Pegulier Pub (NYC). Amber to dark gold, with a good full off-white head. misty. nose: old beer? I checked BB, no sign. If this is fresh, grrreat nose. if this is old, great nose. Really, does make me think about Old Westmalle Triple. complex, yeast, malts. taste: mature malts, some worked-out hops, by now, i am pretty much sure that is is an old bottle. IPA can age ok. nice beer. Although, I would prefrred to have it young. missing a bit on the intensity of an IPA. yespr (48917) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - OCT 31, 2014

Pours a beautiful copper color, faint scent of hops with a smooth hop flavor mixed with pine. Overall a easy drinking ipa that I would definitely drink again.

Bue en bouteille de 355ml. Attaque assez douce sur la fleur blanche. L'amertume vient ensuite pour laisser une finale bien houblonnée et assez persistante.
