Using the best American and European malts, Bad Henry India Pale Ale flavors the northwest style with an English twist. Of course cascade and fuggles make the perfect hop balance for this hand crafted IPA. Enjoy!

Soft dirty blonde pour. Sharp citrusy aroma with some orange rind and a peppery character. Sharp astringent disaster of a flavor. Sharp finish. BleH

I really love this beer. I first had it a couple yrs ago when they were giving out free samples at Roth’s IGA in W Salem, OR.

A strong malty flavor with a small amount of hopps at the finish. Slightly bitter with a malty aftertaste. Pours deep copper in color. Smells malty. Had a bottle pour at my house in myrtle beach. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Braudog (6803) - Yorktown, Virginia, USA - JUN 24, 2013
Bottle. Pours a dirty golden hue with an active side and big pile of tight foam on top. The aroma is odd -- hinting at a dirty wash rag out of lemon-scented detergent. That impression carries to the palate, carrying a funky, medicinal flavor that reminds me of really bad European cough drops. (#5068, 6/24/2013 -- not the best way to toast my sweet, departed Lab, Barley, who passed away this morning)

Slightly hazy light amber coloured body with copper and a thin tan head. Aroma of light hops, sugar, a touch of malt and some small amounts of fruit. Medium-bodied; Assertive sweet and fruity flavour with apples, pears, lemons, malt, raisins, earth and a hint of cherries. Aftertaste shows some metal, malt and sweetness and a hint of light hoppiness noticeable. Overall, a decent IPA with much less hops than expected, but a good flavour profile and some decent flavours. I sampled this 65 cL bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Portland (downtown), Oregon earlier in the day on 11-April-2013 for US$5.49 sampled later in the day in my hotel room here in Portland.

SpringsLicker (3664) - Tennessee, USA - MAR 30, 2013
Hazy dark amber body with a tall, 3 dimensional off-white head. Nice hop aroma of tropical fruits. Light sweet flavor with some bitterness at the back. Needs more flavor to keep up with what you expect from the aroma.

xarcadia (44) - California, USA - JAN 12, 2013
Mild hoppy aroma, sweet taste. I enjoyed it with some Thai food, and noticed a fruity flavor.

maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - NOV 14, 2012
Bottle. Pours a darker amber color with a somewhat slight white head. Little musty, like something has been moist and starting to go bad. Not very bitter. Never would have pegged this as an IPA.

robforbes (2260) - Bremerton, Washington, USA - NOV 3, 2012
pours a semi-cloudy amber-orange with a small off-white head, and good lacing. smell is of hops, grain, a touch floral, a little corn, hops, and malt. taste is thick, grainy, hops, malt up front, and a little caramel. ends chewy and a little bitter.

BeerHawk (1810) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - SEP 29, 2012
Bottle. Poured amber with a creamy off-white head the settled to a ring. Both the aroma and flavor found caramel with light citrus backing. Medium body and a mild bitterness.
