A: The pour is golden orange in color with a finger or two of white head.
S: A very sweet, very malt forward IPA. Lots of toffee, caramel, and brown sugar notes with only a little bit of hops. Some grass and citrus peel are most of the hop character with a light herbal note.
T: Almost a chore to choke this down. Sweet and malty with light grass and citrus notes. Almost no pine or bitterness is discernible. Mostly just sweet toffee, caramel, and tons of bread.
M: Medium and medium on the body and carbonation.
O: No thanks. Not again. bhensonb (15609) - Woodland, California, USA - JUN 3, 2012
Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours hazy copper with a 3 finger foamy/creamy light beige head. Which does some ring lacing. Aroma is sort of sweet burnt malt (not black - just singed) with some hop that’s light pitted fruit. Kind of a creme brulee aspect here. Med + body. Flavor is very hoppy - mostly light pitted fruit, but a little floral, not get citrus, but arguably a bit of resin. The caramel is moderately but seriously toasted/roasted. Finishing damn hoppy - but not NW harsh and burning. Sort of earthy finish. Good stuff. Lubiere (14133) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 28, 2011

Clear amber color/ lasting ivory head. Nice fruity, floral, caramel aromas. medium bodied. Spicy, floral hop bitters in a big malty caramel base brew--good. 5000 (6862) - Hardened Liver, Washington, USA - JUN 19, 2011
Bottle:   Deep amber, moderate white head, frothy, spotty lacing.   Piney and resiny on the nose, a small amount of citrus zest as well.   Semi-sweet citrusy start, hoppy but not too biting, decent malt background.   I like this one in that its got more sweetness than most, and isn’t overly hoppy.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   A bit of an astringent hoppiness on the back, but its minor.   Otherwise lots of piney hops and citrus zest, with a nice sweet background.   Enjoyable.
