I love the simple logo, great aroma, taste is excellent, but the aftertaste is a bit offensive. Overall, 16/20, super beer. Syzzer (647) - Oregon, USA - JAN 27, 2013
A very good high end stout. Chocolatey malty goodness; thick but not syrupy mouthfeel. Delicious. 9.25 BD 8.75 Rod. Perhaps 9.9 in category. Reid (2527) - Salem, Oregon, USA - JUN 3, 2010
22 oz bottle from Roths,Keizer.
Dark dark almost black beer with a nice frothy beige head.
Nice toasty, roasted malt aromas, slightly doughy with chocolate accents.
Very pleasing taste all of the above plus a creamy coffee taste..a tinge of hop at th end and in the after taste.
Great palate to this thick and luscious but goes down very well.
Over all a good stout. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - AUG 21, 2010

Bomber thanks to Brewdad. Pours a pure black color with a thick dark brown head. The aroma is sweet roast, caramel and some chocolate. A very nice flavor; chocolate, bitter hops, sweet caramel and roasted malts, quite smooth and hoppy, more like a mellow stout or porter. Very good. Some ash and roast in the finish. troopie (2321) - Munchen an der Willamette, Oregon, USA - JAN 14, 2010
