COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A deep, rich, and warming winter ale. Flavors of caramel and roast compliment a foundation of bready Munich and Pale malts. A touch of palisade hops provides a balancing bitterness and a flavor reminiscent of dried orange peel.

Sampled at the brewery. Pours copper/amber with a beige head. Aroma of pale and caramel malts, cereal, and a light bitterness. Flavor the same. Smoother to average texture. Not a bad beer.

Pours amber red with a thin white head. Smells of sweet malt, some light fruity undertones. Tastes of caramel, some earthy undertones, a light spicy finish. Enjoyable winter beer.

Nice beer with very well balanced flavors which seem to be a common theme from this new brewery. Malty with caramel sweetness, light nuttiness, and a nice grassy hop backbone. Alcohol well hidden and a pretty nice beer. Looking forward to more beers from this place.
