Crystal clear golden yellow in color. Aroma of funk, hay, barnyard must, white wine... Flavor is super acidic and tart, lots of sweet tart notes, light white wine, like biting into a salted lemon. Delicious

On draft at Barrelworks. It pours a clear light golden color with a white head. The aroma has lemon and aged funk. The flavor is very tart and lemony with some more aged barnyard-like funkiness. Very complex for a Berliner. Low carbonation kills it a little, but good flavors. bytemesis (9632) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - APR 10, 2017

On tap @ Barrelworks. Golden straw colored beer with a white head. This is dang sour. Like, woah. Huge lemon juice, green apple, and some yogurt. A bit of green grape, too. Kind of fruity, at least. Some hints of tropical fruit and grape, certainly. Minimal grain of malt character to be found. I liked it at first, but became a bit much for me.
