On tap @ Barrelworks. Straw colored beer with white foam. There’s a lot of funky grape, some sweetness, citrus, and floral tea. Kind of a mild oak presence here, which I’m fine with. As it sits/opens up, get a lot of tropical fruit and melon. Maybe even a light sweetness of peach and vanilla. Dry white wine finish and tons of fruit. Really nice. 29 May 2015, tap at FW Barrelworks. pe yellow, clear, no bubbles. Nose really is a white grape wine and slightly tart. Thin body and moderately fizzy. Lightly tart, lots of dry, white wine. Very nice. Marheb (5805) - San Diego, California, USA - MAR 7, 2015
(En fût chez Firestone Barrelworks): Citron, abricôt, carambole et un gras bretté léger dans un liquide principalement vineux. Une composante vraiment intéressante. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - FEB 24, 2015

>> Component 2: Chenin Blanc. Clear golden straw pour with wispy rings of white foam. Nose is incredible Riesling like white wine with grapefruit zest, pomelo, green plant, fresh pear. Taste is a little dusty, fairly salty, moving to lemonade, light sourness. Oak tannin balance. Refreshing overall with incredible aroma from these grapes.
