COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Batch 5000. Imperial version of Walker’s Reserve Porter brewed with German rauchmalz. Imperial Smoked Porter • ABV: 10.0% • IBUs: 50 Imperial Smoked Walker’s Reserve is a throwback to an original staple in early Firestone history: Walker’s Reserve Porter. The brewers enhanced the original recipe and incorporated the addition of Weyermann Beech smoked malt as a majority of the base malts, lending a noticeable yet subtle smoke profile complementing the rich chocolate and caramel flavors. The use of rolled oats in the mash provide for a thick and chewy body.
