375 c&c from Craft Shack. Pours rather cherry enhanced copper color with a tranisent head. Aroma of moderate sour cherry with something floral/herbal as well. Med body or so. Flavor is tart/sour cherry with some wood astringency. The acidity is moderate, and the tart/sour is a bit above moderate. Reminds of the good ol days when sours were just getting started in the US. Krieky it is.

Bottle shared with Paul and Max. Pours a deep red body with active white lacing. Nose is perfume, cherry and barrel - reminiscent of Lost Abbey Red Poppy. Mouthfeel is restrained sourness with a nice balanced tart character up front and notes of sour cherry, oak and soft herbal perfume.

Bottle. A: Brilliant red that lets through a ruby tinted light. Creme color head. Lacing. N: Cherry, oak, tannins, wine grape, leather, grapefruit. Lemon zest and green apple. Touch of cranberry. Hints of funk and horse blanket. T: Quite tart. Lightly sweet. M: Light body, no alcohol, biting carbonation. O: Quite nice. This is like eating a ripe cherry. Very well balanced and not too acidic.

On tap. Hazy, pinkish, thin head. Has a nice cherry aroma, a touch of acetic, and a little brett, and a fair bit of woodiness. Some acetic up front, but not too harsh, as it gets mellowed by fruit sugars. The cherry is nice, and the balance is generally good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
