Dark red mahogany pour with an off white and nice lacing. Aroma is wood, funk, cherry, and acetic. Taste has more cherry fruitiness than the nose would suggest. A reddish orange copper Kriek with a thin white head. In aroma, wonderful mix of maraschino cherries, light vanilla, wooden notes, light lactic notes, very classic. In mouth, a nice sweet cherry with light acidity, light Brett, some astringent notes, light horse blanket, very beautiful. On tap at Propagator location.

(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Blue Session, Copenhagen) Pours clear orange-red with a whitish head. Notes of malt with a bit of caramel sweetness, tart cherry, soft citrus, fairly strong oak, a bit of wet earthy funky Brett, acidic lemon juice and vinegar touches, soft marzipan/cherry pit notes. Moderately sour, finishing softly sour and somewhat dry with some tannic oak, cherry and cherry pit flavour. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. It pours dull reddish with a white head. The aroma has cherries, vanilla, oak, citrus and some vinegar. It has a medium light body that starts smooth and then has a bite with the aggressive carbonation. The taste has the aroma notes, but is more sour and has some peppery notes. Batch #003, bottle was 7 months old when consumed. Pours hazy red-amber with a 2-finger off-white head. Lots of bubbling along the wall of the glass. Aroma of sour yeast funk mixed with a tart cherry note. Medium body with a bit of oil to it. Dry finish with a touch of astringency. Cherry flavor, reminiscent of pie, mixed with funky, sour yeast. A 375ml corked and caged bottle. Batch No. 003, bottled on 26th September 2016. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass. It was a clear reddish dark copper colour with a big two finger white head that had great retention while leaving some nice lacing. Aromas are tart, sweet and sour, cherry with only hints of funk and vinegar. Tastes tart, lightly sour, cherry, oak and vanilla with hints of almond. Light to medium bodied with nice high carbonation. Overall very nice and easy to drink with good cherry flavours.
