So it’s expensive. The minerality and clean sour notes are pretty special here, with a lemon profile and a crisp finish. Well made and a great pairing to pretty much anything savory. Also, glows like the moon. PhillyCraft (7990) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 25, 2016
Glass at h and p. Lactic lemon, oats and wet cereal. Light bodied. Very average Maverick34 (3318) - New York, USA - OCT 21, 2016
Bottled. Cloudy yellow orange. Lemon, herbs, and tart Brett funk. It delivered despite the high price point. Imaena (2359) - Maputo, MOZAMBIQUE - OCT 20, 2016
Bottle. This is a nice dry wild saison. I like the tart pear and lemon flavours which are balanced well. DCLawyer (2914) - Falls Church, Virginia, USA - OCT 18, 2016
375ml->tulip. Hazy yellow with minimal white head. A: sour and slightly funky citrus, yeast, lemongrass, hay. Nice. T: tart citrus, yeast, lemongrass, mild herbs. Really good, perhaps a touch too tart but enjoyable nonetheless.

375ml corked bottle. Tart lemony citrus aroma with notes of Brett funk, grapes, oak and dry white wine. Pours clear golden colored with a thin white head that has poor retention but ok lacing. Starts with tart lemony citrus flavor with Brett funkiness to go along with the lively mouthfeel of the high carbonation. Finishes dry with notes of grape, oak and vinous dry white wine flavors before the the tart citrus takes over the palate again. Pretty good saison. sebastokrator (129) - - OCT 8, 2016
Pours light gold with lots of foamy head. Smell is funky lemon, granny smith apple, and vinegar. Taste is granny smith apple, tangerine, lemon, grass, and maybe a hint of a dry white wine. Light bodied, lightly carbonated. This is good. Crisp and refreshing. Bule (2274) - California, USA - SEP 25, 2016
