On tap pours a hazy golden color with a thick white head that leaves good lacing. Smell of spices oak and slight pear. Taste is slightly funky and mildly sour with all the same things I mentioned in the smell. Mouthfeel is medium and relatively chewy with decent carbonation. Overall this was a great barrel aged sour/saison. I’m glad I got to try this rare gem.
Tart, tangy, grapes, touch of light malt, touch of honey, touch of yeast. Some oak. On the dry side. Emeister84 (2648) - Charlottesville, Virginia, USA - OCT 22, 2017
Sour, funky aromas, hay bale, citrusy, floral. Hazy yellow with a mostly lasting white head. Tart, tangy, bright, citrusy. Medium bodied. davidezdonz (632) - Hong Kong, HONG KONG - AUG 31, 2017
On tap at Firestone Walker The Propagator, Venice. A 3oz taster pour into a mini snifter. It was a mostly clear golden colour with a two finger white head that had good retention and left nice lacing. Aromas were tart, tangy, citrus orange, tropical peach and apricot. Taste was similar to the aroma with tart, tangy, citrus and tropical fruit and a hint of funk. Crisp, light bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, refreshing and crisp. Very easy to drink. jinroh (2451) - ESTONIA - AUG 26, 2017
Hazy yellow, not much foam regardless of a cool opening sound. Sweet honey lacto aroma. Nice creamy. Taste has some good body, malty strength covered with honey glaze and then made into a sour. Pretty neat. Drinks super smooth, nice sour tanginess and dry finish. Great one.

Very big oaky nose with peaches in cream. Fairly hoppy and dry as well. Big creamy oaky character that lingers forever. Very interesting

Hazy golden and hazy. Off white head leaves lacing. Smells bretty. Fruity, too. Maybe this should be a wild sour. Fruit and funk flavors. Some yeast and soft malts. Earth and grapes. Comples but so very easy to drink. wlf (768) - DENMARK - JUL 31, 2017

Pours hazy yellow with large head. Aroma: clear saison aroma of spices, pepper coupled with nice oakiness. Taste: nice oak profile to this standard saison taste MrTipple (6952) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 4, 2017
Farmhouse, yeast, tarty lemon cheesecake, citrus fruits, lime. Slightly hazy gold, massive, creamy, white head. More bitter citrus fruits, sour lemon juice, acidic, soft carbonation, medium bodied. OK Saison, too sour for my taste. Keg at MBCC Yellow Session, Copenhagen.
