Can from World Beer Market (Sake no Taniguchi). Nose of pine, crackers, all quite earthy. Pale gold color, some chill haze. Rather big hop hits right off, some stone fruitiness, citrus, late mid palate sweet bread, thin bitter finish. Medium body, with some light hop texture. Very pleasant... without being as exciting as many of their beers are.

12oz bottle from Total Wine in Paramus, NJ. No bottle date noticed. Golden orange IPA pour with an off-white head leaving nice coats of lace. Aroma has big grassy hops and citrus, with lemon and some sweet malts. Just a touch light. Taste is of bitter citrusy hops, tangy fruits, some grapefruit and sweet pale malts. The blend turns into almost the way galaxy is; sweet and tangy and a bit effervescent. The taste better than the nose with the more pop to it. Less than medium bodied with constant carbonation and a bit of an alcohol presence. The blend is solid. Finishes tangy bittersweet, slightly to the bitter side. Not too chewy, but a bit. Nice hop blend, and likely the best of the distortions had to date. 14

Can. Light gold pour. Aroma of melon and some dry character. Flavor is similar to aroma. Flavor is pretty subtle and finish is slightly bitter. Drinks like a session ipa.
