Hops are the star of the show here. A very tasty pale ale. Crisp, clean, floral and citrus (tangerine and orange) Light, but assertive. One of my favorite Pale Ales Camons (12303) - Hasselager, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2012
Tap @ Freshcraft, Denver. Pours dark golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, toast, grass, peach, grapefruit. Taste is malt, toasty, grassy, grapefruit. Thin body, soft carbonation, lighlty bitter finish. 080312 hoosiers1994 (684) - Maryland, USA - MAR 4, 2012
Draught pours a cloudy orange brown with white head. Floral, hay and citrus aromas are present. Taste is a bit underwhelming, with no real flavor outstanding. An ok beer, but not the best. Anova167 (368) - Manhattan Beach, California, USA - FEB 28, 2012
Solid pale ale. Nice hoppy aroma. Clear gold/brass in the glass with good lacing. Taste is pretty mild and maltier than the aroma indicates. Not bad but not exceptional. beeroverthere (81) - USA - FEB 24, 2012
Aroma:Light aroma, fruity, citrus
Body: Hoppy bitter with a hint of malty sweetens. Some pine.
Over-all/Mouth-feel: Light to medium body, great balance. Crisp. Medium carbonation.

Bottle from anywhere on the Central Coast. Fresh. Pours a golden yellow/orange. Rad head retention. Aroma is hoppy and fresh grass but that could be because it is a nice winter/spring (no difference in California) day. Taste, sessionable beyond belief. If you have a friend who wants an alternative to BMC, this is it. Maybe too favor forward for them but they will warm up. Overall, nice when I’m mowing the lawn, if I had one. edpeg (904) - Berlin, GERMANY - FEB 1, 2012
Clear orange light ale from bottle. Aroma fruits, berries, some nuts. Nice foamy head. balanced medium body with crispy carbonation. Medium bitterness. Not too hoppy finish gives a fruity aftertaste could be more fuller and more hoppy. Good ale anyways. cgreb (422) - Marburg, GERMANY - JAN 29, 2012
bottle - clear golden beer with a white head with tons of american hops aroma! Very nice! Flavour is malty what is balanced by a decent bitterness. But bitterness is not extreme. Medium carbonation. Zymurgeist2 (2179) - Redwood City, California, USA - JAN 26, 2012
On draught at a beer dinner at Monk’s Kettle. Crystal clear pale orange with great lacing. nice balance floral aroma and crisp flavor with medium mouthfeel. i love this pale ale. dpetrick (4) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - JAN 20, 2012 does not count
The nose is floral/citrus hops. Color is golden/semi-transparent. Pale 31 is mildly/medium sweet which I personally prefer. The hops provide just the right amount of bitter to make this beer well balanced. Not a ton of carbonation or bitterness therefore smooth easy drinking. Overall a well built pale ale
