COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of Californiathe 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where were from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

Floral and hoppy. Taste is long, on the bitter side. Very enjoyable, nice palate for such low alcohol.

Bottle. 4.9%. Best before 06.06.16. Pours a hazy/cloudy amberish yellow, with an off-white head. Decent lacing. Citrus hop aroma with a mild, tropical fruit note; some pineapple. Somewhat tart, citrus hop flavour. Hint of plastic at first, but soon disappears. Dusty overtone. Bit of tropical fruit here as well. Bitter finish, tart. Lingering light grassy and green apple note. Overall pretty nice. 07.03.16.

This was a nice, hoppy beer. Very well balanced. Just a little low on the alcohol, I think it could have supported more. A little piney, fresh and crisp. Floral aroma.
