3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured two fingers of head on a medium straw colored body.
The aroma is a wonderful mix of pine, whole cone hops and honey.
The taste starts with mild sweetness and then goes to pine bitterness. The transition is abrupt.
The texture is soft with some fizz.
An enjoyable and drinkable ale at a low ABV.
Nice bottle with a lot of detail information. A very nice cap :))
Clear amber beer with short white head, smell is citrus, taste is citrus, overripe fruits, bitter,

Compruebo que no está muy fresca. Aún así floral en nariz. Ligera y bien carbonatada. Hierba y algo de malta en boca. Ligeramente amarga. Regusto duradero. Canned 07/09/2017 pictoman (1129) - British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 12, 2017

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 18B). Bottle 35.5 cl - Batch unknown (BBF unknown - Bottle on 22/11/2016). AROMA: predominant medium oxidized hop aroma with notes of dried grass. medium-low to low resiny notes as well a bit of tropical fruit (pineapple). medium-low malt notes with a caramel-like component. APPEARANCE: gold color and translucent. medium white head with medium retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with a medium-low hop note (piny and resin), as well oxidized hops (slight dried tea leaves). medium-low malty background (slightly sweet) with an almost neutral character. medium-high bitterness with a bitter and semi-dry to dry finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. OVERALL: an American Pale Ale that starts to show some signs of oxidation. pachecoweld (15) - California, USA - MAY 8, 2017
Right from the bottle, has a nice light citrus aroma with some floral in there too. A great balance between a citrus flavor balance with a biscuity malt. It finishes off with citrus, floral and a bit of pine. A nice smooth easy drinking ale.
