COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of Californiathe 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where were from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

Butelka 0,355l kolor jasnozłoty, klarowne, piana znikoma, szybko opada. Piękny aromat sosnowy z chmielem w tle, smak owocw cytrusowych i słodw, ostry posmak na podniebieniu, świetnie ułożone piwo.

Very good. Comparable to Sierra Nevada in quality but lighter and sweeter. Creamy and good all around. Grassy finish. I dont think that I would crave this beer later on.

Bottle from anywhere on the Central Coast. Fresh. Pours a golden yellow/orange. Rad head retention. Aroma is hoppy and fresh grass but that could be because it is a nice winter/spring (no difference in California) day. Taste, sessionable beyond belief. If you have a friend who wants an alternative to BMC, this is it. Maybe too favor forward for them but they will warm up. Overall, nice when Im mowing the lawn, if I had one.

Bottle courtesy of kmweaver. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a frothy, pitted, off-white head that leaves behind intricate lacing. On the nose are bright, citric and lightly piny hops (3 Cs) over a pale malt body. The mouthfeel is light-bodied with soft carbonation and a lightly bitter finish; quite easy-drinking. The flavor is a pale malt front thats nicely balanced with citrus and light pine hop notes. This is an excellent session brew: mellow, yet flavorful, and supremely drinkable. Thanks for sending this one, Ken!

12oz bottle from Antioch Fine Wine and Spirits. Pours a crystal clear, yellow amber color with a white head. Aroma is light, hoppy, pine, some orange citrus. Medium on the palate with average carbonation. Flavor is sweet, bready, toasty, pine hops, with a light, bitter finish. A nice pale ale.

Bottle poured a dark amber with a good head and sticky lacing. Good hopy, citrus aroma. Body is a bit watery, with a weak hops and citrus flavor. Not bad. Would make a good, easy drinking everyday beer.
