COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of California—the 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where we’re from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

Clear pale yellow with a white head nice retention nice lacing... Big big fruity pebble aroma lots of peach and mango... Kinda malty mildly sweet though the fruity notes are present a light element of toast... Light to medium light body.. Kinda slick with a fairly dry finish... Decent probably an awesome summer beer in San Diego...

Guldig klar med litet vit skum. Mycket citrus humle i både doft och smak. Väldigt fyllig trots låg% med bra beska

Bright yellow-orange, very clear, great head. Smells very hoppy for a pale ale, citrus fruits like lemon and orange come to mind. Flavor is more of the same but this is not an IPA, it feels lighter in body and so easy to drink. I think I found my new go to pale ale because this has less alcohol than Sierra Nevada and I might just prefer the hop profile, great stuff. Serving type: bottle Reviewed on: 11-16-2011 04:59:59

Pours palish orange with a thin white head. Aroma is mild on hops, taste is thinnish bitter. A bit one dimensional to me.

Lively, clear golden beer with a white bubbly head. Strong, floral citrus aroma. Flavour is surprisingly mellow. Lemony hop, somewhat dry, a bit of a resinous hint to it and this gives it a slightly tangy aftertaste which lingers for a fair while.

Bottle. Poured into my favorite DFH tulip glass a clear golden orange color with a 1 finger white head that quickly settles to form a white coaster on top of the beer. Slight floral and a dose of mild citrus greats the nostrils upon the first whiff, rather nice, mild breadiness as well. The flavor is nice with a soft sweetness and light bitterness from the hop additions. Medium mouthfeel. Some watered down mandarin orange type flavors. Overall, a nice, easy drinking beer with some full flavors.

On draft at square burger. Pours a golden copper with a thin white head. The aromas are grass, floral, citrus. The mouthfeel is dry and bitter with a light body. Cheers!
