COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of California—the 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where we’re from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

12oz bottle -

I have to admit that this stape in my fridge during the warmer months. Why it’s not been rated til now is odd. It’s just a light, semi-hoppy, full of flavor, easy quaffing beer that’s always a nice price $7-8 a sixer.

Aroma is really floral. It’s easy to forget about the hops and think this thing was infused with some herbs, petals or fruit, because it has such a unique aroma for a pale ale. Flavor had some medium sweetness to it, keeping things very well balanced with the woody hops. There’s a zing of fresh hop right at the end of the swallow that’s easy to notice and quite welcome. Phenomenal beer for the Summer time weather.
