Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of Californiathe 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where were from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

12oz bottle -

I have to admit that this stape in my fridge during the warmer months. Why its not been rated til now is odd. Its just a light, semi-hoppy, full of flavor, easy quaffing beer thats always a nice price $7-8 a sixer.

Aroma is really floral. Its easy to forget about the hops and think this thing was infused with some herbs, petals or fruit, because it has such a unique aroma for a pale ale. Flavor had some medium sweetness to it, keeping things very well balanced with the woody hops. Theres a zing of fresh hop right at the end of the swallow thats easy to notice and quite welcome. Phenomenal beer for the Summer time weather.

Bottle 35,5cl. Clear dark golden with a creamy white head. Flowery, hoppy aroma. It tastes like a pilsner on anabolic steroids. Plenty of hops gives this beer a nice touch. Medium length.

Can pours a slightly hazy gold color with a big, frothy white head, hangs around for a while leaving lots of lace on glass. Aromas of pine, citrus fruit and a hint of bread. Tastes of oranges, lemon, bread and tree sap. Medium body, soft yet bubbley mouthfeel, nice carbonation, and a crisp, clean finish. This beer is really growing in me now that I have had a few. A nicely balanced and smooth, easy to drink pale ale.
