COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale 31 is an ode to our home state of Californiathe 31st to be named in fact. Beer may not be associated with terroir the way wine is, but we believe that where were from impacts how our beers taste. This California Style Pale Ale represents the bold yet approachable spirit that embodies our state. A crisp floral hop aroma precedes a medium-body and clean finish.

Draft - pours a rich gold, frothy white head, looks nicely effervescent. Nose of fresh pine, bready malts, citrus zest.. Traces of funk. Looks and smells inviting! Creamy on the tongue initially, yields to a crisp, dry finish. Taste is bready, pine resin, rich flavors. The finish was good, nice hop bitterness but i wanted a touch more...very good though.

Goudblond bier met witte schuimkraag. Geur: bloemig, zeperig. Smaak: bitter, ietwat harsachtig en lichte pompelmoes. Goede koolzuurprikkel. Afdronk: licht bitter, citrus.

Nice citrus hop aroma thats not overwhelming. Malt flavor blends well with hop flavor. Kind of a more complex pale malt thing, simple but not absent. Bitterness is there, moderate. This is a really good pale ale. It feels thin but maybe I like that? Like it works for this? Crystal clear orange with a relatively quick fading head.

2nd beer tasted at Salone Del Gusto, went the wrong way doing Double Jack first. Pours golden with slight haze, big white head the nose tells you to expect a big pallet with a Pine burst coming through, First sip is big and for a Pale Ale its a big beer. Hop forward and big length. Not bad
