COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Everything we love about classic German Pilsner with a hoppy Bohemian twist. Pils is a bright straw colored lager beer with playful carbonation topped with beautiful white foam lace. Delicate lightly toasted malt flavors underscore noble German hop character. Hallertau-grown Magnum hops deliver the lupulin foundation while generous amounts of Spalter Select hops bring floral aromatic and spicy herbal notes. As a twist on the traditional Pils, we dry hop with German Saphir for a touch of bergamot zest and lemongrass. A refreshing, light-bodied and hop-driven Pils.

Clear straw golden blonde pour with a thin white head and light sticky lacing .... aroma of lemongrass, pilsner malts, sweet malts, citrusy hops and bready malts .... taste is sweet and of lemongrass, sugary, bready malts, citrusy and lemony .... has a sweet taste and light bitter bite on the backend .... sweet and light bitter finish .... grassy and lemony brew .... great summer pils

12 ounce can from Everett’s in South Beloit, IL, served a few minutes out of the fridge in a Christoffel glass. Pours a pale but rather bright clear, lightly bubbly gold with an impressive smooth white head that decays with moderate speed and laces a bit...aroma is more spicy and herb-inflected than most, though pale malt and fresh grass predominate like you might expect (and hope); nicely done but not as potent as I might want...on the tongue it’s lightly to moderately bitter, becoming rather strongly bitter by the finish, with a very light even malt sweetness running throughout, enough to give it quite a nice balance with the bitterness but never becoming doughy as happens a bit too often with pils...full but refreshing and light-enough body, moderate carbonation. This is pretty solid though for me probably not top-flight.

Gyllengul öl med ett medelstort vitt skum. Doften är citrus, blommighet och säd. I smaken tillkommer en viss gräsighet. En helt okej pilsner.

12 oz can pours a clear golden color with frothy white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is not strong, but has grass, biscuits, honey, and floral hops. Body is light with lively carbonation and a crisp mouthfeel. This is a very refreshing, easy-to-drink pilsener.

Clear, light golden beer with medium white soapy head. Aroma has citrus, biscuits, grass and flowers. Aroma is very mild, however. Taste has grass, flowers, a bit fruits. Medium bitterness. Nice and refreshing pils, strong representative of its genre.

Clear blonde, with a small white head and some traces of lacing. Nicely carbonated. Nose is fruity and floral. Taste has a nice touch of lemongrass alongside the pilsner malts. Great lager.
