TURDFERGUSON (4058) - Durham, North Carolina, USA - AUG 24, 2011
Bottle from LtDan. Thanks dude. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a light ring of white lace. Aroma of wheat, grain, citrus zest. Flavor is more sweet and grainy. aroma is somewhat promising but it falls apart in the flavor. I think i just drank too much victory summer love this summer and got spoiled.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle it has a hazy yellow color in the glass. Aroma has a slight citrus with some cloves. Taste has some pineapple, apricot and a slight hoppiness to it. Medium finsh that is very smooth,

Cloudy gold - kind or a mix between a hefe and an American wheat - nose is very much like a hefe, with clove, banana, pepper and a dry, sagey sort of quality - moderately sweet flavor up front, with a fair amount of banana and melon - moderately yeasty - tail end is a bit too sweet, but there is a peppery bite that tries to balance - you can feel the alcohol a bit - maybe dial the abv down to 5 and you’ll have a winner - as it is, though, it’s still pretty good.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a medium white head that quickly goes to a thin collar that leaves a little lacing.

The aroma is hefeweizen like - banana and clove with some light citrus, pepper and wheat.

The flavor is a bit subdued and watery with some yeasty banana and wheat with some sweet fruity malt. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and watery.

Overall, I was not too impressed especially at $10 for a 6 pack. It’s watery with too much banana for me. It does get a bit better as it warms.

12 ounce bottle as an extra, poured an amazing yellow color and its unfiltered, which I love. Tastes of hints of clove, bannana, and citrus. Has a nice yeasty flavor as well, amazing beer to grill with and sit in florida heat.

Tap @ Choice City in FoCo. Cloudy, light orange appearance with an off white head. Juicy tangerine, orange citrusy, light wheat malty nose. The fruitiness of the aroma reminds me of fruit beers by New Glarus. Nice yeasty, wheat malty flavor with some of the same citrus notes but not nearly as pronounced as in the nose. Fruity, yeasty aftertaste. Pretty fruity but overall a nice beer when you’re hot, which I always am.

Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 23, 2011
It’s a wheat beer with a muted banana character and less clove, more pepper to the spicing. It’s pleasant and if I was in the mood for a sixer of something summery it may well be my first stop. The carbonation is buoyant and cleasing, keeping it drinkable. There is a light sweetness but it retains a refreshing bitter tang.

pushkinwow (2851) - Ottawa, CANADA - JUL 23, 2011
Sample at taproom. Hazy yellow with white head. Muted citrus, some funk and wheat but an odd flavour profile. Was slightly thin, well carbonated and a mild bitterness with a finish that was off - some of the funk from the aroma followed through to the end and it did not go well with a wheat ale.

hellbilly (3247) - scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA - JUL 22, 2011
8/11/10 bottle. hazy orange brown with a soft lasting white head. wheaty! aroma... mixed with lemon, naners, dust, must and some spiciness. the flavor is a mix of the aroma... spice, banana, wheat and some lemon with a spicy finish. it is creamy and rich but crisp and highly quaffable. 7/4/7/4/16

kryon (3775) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JUL 8, 2011
Had this on tap at Rogue, SF, CA. Golden color, quite mild in taste. Typical summer ale. OK first beer for an evening.
