12oz bottle. Cloudy golden color, appropriate for the style. Aroma is strong citrus and some clove. I drank it without food, but it would probably be excellent with the proper pairing. Definitely warm-weather beer, kind of like a hefeweizen but more sour, and not quite as full-bodied.

From bottle. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of clove and tropical fruit. Taste is malty with a pineapple sweetness. Great wheat beer on a warm day

Pours a golden-orange color, thin head with big bubbles. Aroma is subdued, pleasent, with citrus and cloves. The flavor is similar. Not great. It’s no Oberon.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2013 12 oz bottle from Wilbur’s. Golden and slightly hazy with a white head. Citrus fruity aroma with spices, bready malts and light banana. Light body with a soft silky smooth feel. Very refreshing flavor similar to the aroma with a fruity tangy finish. Wow, I need to stock up on this for summer!

A finger of head on a dark straw colored body.
Aroma of honey and grain, light and airy.
Flavor of lemons, apples and honey. Nice and balanced.
Fizzy texture but carbonation remains at a reasonable level. Light to medium body.
An above average ale.

Bottle. This one pours a hazy golden yellow with a medium white head that is gone pretty quickly. Aroma is clove and spice, banana, wheat and a bit of caramel. Taste moderately sweet. There is clove, lemon tartness, mixed citrus fruitiness along with the underlying wheat bread notes. Finishes a bit more sweet than tart and relatively clean.

DMLINAZ (358) - Mesa, Arizona, USA - NOV 5, 2012
Pours golden/copper with a white fluffy head. Great yeasty aroma with wheat. Flavor has lots of yeast, wheat, floral notes; has a sense of a hefeweizen. Enjoyable. (@home)
