Slight roast malt aroma. Has a nice rosted malty taste. Nothing really stands out on this one. Very subtile cocoa taste. Not much else. Basically an oatmeal stout light.

12 oz bottle. Pours black with a decent, tan head that dissipates quickly. Roasted malt aroma with notes of coffee and chocolate. Medium-full body with a very smooth and creamy texture. Soft carbonation. Rich sweet and robust flavor with a great, toasty dry finish. Smooth as hell!

Bottle. Pours an opaque brown-black with a thin, tan head so-so retention and lacing. Nose is roasted malt and a hint of molasses. Mouth is kind of thin for an oatmeal stout, but smooth. Roasted malt and some coffee dominate. Not bad but Ive certainly had better, and this was somewhat of a disappointment considering its from from FW.

On tap at the FW Tap Room, served in a pint glass. Pours black/brown with a medium head. Aroma is oatmeal, chocolate, coffee, toffee, roast. Taste follows. Very smooth, balanced taste and mouthfeel, but nothing particularly unique about this one.

Bottle. Gift from Neko-chan. Smooth chocolate aroma with such creamy notes added by the oats, with just a hint of yeast. Dark brown, near black, little head, almost glassy. Light chocolate; mid brings the bitterness over a sweet base and a touch of tang along the sides of the tongue; final is extremely smooth with very light bitterness. Medium body. Very pleasant, mild, and tasty. Well made. One of the better oatmeal stouts Ive had.

Pours with very little head. Toasty Caramel aroma. Completely opaque brown. Taste lingers with spicy hop. Not too hoppy but a nice complimentary alcohol burn. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
