On tap at Capones. On Nitro. Dark brown pour with a smaller sized off white head. I would have put this as an oatmeal stout. Lots of oats, with chocolate, roast, wood, and some vanilla. Bitter chocolate in the finish.

Pours thickish black with a slow dissipating creamy head. The taste is akin to the St. Ambroise: highlighting the bitterness, bulked up mouthfeel. Though still good drinkability. Leaving a moderate bitter coffee aftertaste. Malty and roast aroma.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy brown with paperthin tan head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is bready malt and roast. Thin mouthfeel with strong dark chocolate, roast, with lingering dryness, very good.
