The worst of the Firestone line in bottles. Nice golden colro but somewht skunky on the nose and palate. Hops blended with a mulching grass smell. Not rich enough to warrant a a world class Pale rating. Too young.

A dark yellow/gold color beer with a slight head, I found the aroma of this pale to be fruity, but a bit weak. Overall, I found the flavor lacking for a Pale Ale and while easy to drink, I was not overly impressed.
Golden colour with a white head. Citrusy hop aroma. Dry bitter flavour with a hint of malt underneath. A good APA, but what keeps it from being great is the lack of complexityt in hop flavour. P-tor44 (886) - Anchorage, Alaska, USA - NOV 14, 2002
very fruity aroma, citrus with zest. Pale yellow, small to medium head. a good hop bitterness, but slightly straight forward. mild citrus Diego (79) - San Diego, California, USA - SEP 25, 2002
The perfume is IPA all the way. very tart and complex. Tangy. It is an amber ale delightful to gaze at but better to drink. It has a variety of flavors right off the bat. Caramel with a hint of toffee. Huminee, huminee. Really pleasant tasting (I’mm embibing as I write this). Nice rich beer if just a tad young. Overall I enjoy this beer but would still choose a nice IPA over it but hey...I wouldn’t turn her down either. Firestone Pale Ale is like an average looking chick with a lovely rack!!!
