On tap @ Dallas Winter Warmer.
Owner/brewer/one man show Brad Perkinson told me "I hate brown ales so I brewed one that I like". Pretty straight forward - nose is slightly nutty with bready and toasted malt. Slight earthy hop presence. Good amount of flavor and very drinkable - deep malts, slight sweetness, and earthy hops.
Tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy reddish brown color with a tan head. Aroma is toasted malt, grains and bitter notes. Flavor is roasted grain, light bitter notes and some Caramel maltyness.
